Day 3: Gray Converse

Just recently bought these at Macys–I had a gift card for $20 so I only ended up having to pay $20 for these. Score!
Today was a sneaker day. I work as a real estate project manager–which means that I often have to go to construction sites and need to be in comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Right now I’m managing a scattered site project of 4 buildings with a total of 10 units that will eventually be 2 and 3 bedroom affordable family units.
All it took was one contractor walkthrough for me to realize that skirts and heels weren’t always appropriate for work. There I was with a bunch of dudes, traipsing around in a vacant building with heels. Not only did I look like a total idiot my shoes got wrecked!! So now, anytime I’m going to one of my sites I make sure i wear sneakers or boots. This morning I had to meet someone on site so we could get our units tested for lead paint…so today was a sneaker day.
